Our Story
A butcher's heritage, finally given the room to match.
Cartwright's has been cutting steak in Southern Oregon for generations. Taprock is where that butcher-shop craft finally got the room to match the meat. The building sits where the road curves down to the Rogue.
Big windows, an open bar, the sound of the river threading through the space. The kitchen leans on what we do best: hand-cut steaks, fresh-caught salmon, slow breakfasts, and a Northwest grill that knows its valley.
